Pawel is an experienced Agile Coach with 10 years of experience in digital products development.
Throughout his career he has worked as a Project Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master, helping major media, logistics and banking corporations in Poland and around the world move from a traditional project-based setup into a product-focused environment.
Pawel is particularly passionate about the people’s aspect of Scrum, focusing his efforts on supporting teams on their way to becoming high-performing teams that deliver value every Sprint.
Privately Pawel is a father of two amazing kids that teach him about empiricism every single day.
