    Hello David,

I am ending my master in IT at the Sherbrooke University, Longueuil campus in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

My essay is about the compliance of agile development frameworks, especially Scrum, with ISO / IEC 20000 and ITIL, IT management standards and framework.
In this context, I need to validate assumptions by Scrum and ISO / IEC 20000 - ITIL professionals and practitioners.

I am contacting you to get your agreement to invite the group members to answer my survey on Scrum Compliance with ISO/IEC 20000 standard and ITIL framework.
You can read below the text of the discussion (or promotion) I would like to publish such invitation.

    Best regards,

    Christophe.

P.S.: Scrum Support agreed that I publish my invitation as a group discussion and advised me to also publish it on the scrum.org forum.

    Cordialement,

    Christophe.
