PSD I Assessment is Now Available to All

in Scrum.org News

Assessing one’s knowledge is a great way to validate, learn, and improve one’s understanding of a given subject area. Now, software professionals who work together on Scrum Teams can do just that, by attempting the Professional Scrum Developer I (PSD I) assessment, without taking a course.

Anyone who feels they possess the knowledge of how to build complex software products using agile engineering practices and Scrum can validate that knowledge by taking the PSD I assessment from Scrum.org. Those who pass the assessment receive the industry recognized PSD I Certification.

The assessment is rigorous, and although it is no longer required, taking a 3-day Professional Scrum Developer course is valuable. The Professional Scrum Developer Objective Domain is also available to help you gain the knowledge needed before attempting the PSD I.
